Shipping & Delivery
Australia
Indigo Prairie uses Australia Post Express Post Platinum for deliveries within Australia. Delivery is guaranteed next business day from dispatch within the Express Platinum Network. This is a trackable service, that requires a signature for delivery, we suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is present to sign for your order.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch. Shipping rates are $10 for all orders under $200, orders over $200 have free shipping within Australia
International
International Orders to New Zealand are sent using Air Mail, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Airmail Rates are $15
International orders worldwide will be sent using Australia Post Registered Post International, allow up to 15 working days for delivery. International Registered Post rates are $25 for worldwide shipping
Please be aware most countries charge import duties and taxes, Indigo Prairie is not liable for these fees and we advise you contact your local customs office for further information to avoid high fees
Returns and Exchanges
Indigo Prairie has high quality control standards however please ensure you check your garments within 7 days of delivery and before removing tags to avoid disappointment. The Indigo Prairie is happy to accept returns or exchanges for all full priced items, sale items can be returned for exchange or credit note. There is a No Returns Policy on Final Sale items.
We provide free exchange shipping once receiving you return for orders within Australia. Please contact us via email at enquiries@theindigoprairie.com.au to notify us of your wish to exchange or refund your order within 7 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned in a saleable condition; meaning all items are new and unworn with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery to PO BOX 134, Moreland, VIC 3058. Australian orders returned after 14 days or without notification of return will not be accepted.
International orders must be returned within 20 days from delivery, returns received after 20 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
We advise customers to return goods via registered post or a trackable method of post as Indigo Prairie will not be liable for missing returns, we will not process refunds or exchanges unless we have received your order
Payment Options
Indigo Prairie accepts credit card paymens (VISA and MASTERCARD) as well as PayPal. You will be directed to your choosen payment method at checkout. Our website is secured by SSL certificates, we do not store your credit card information.
